We’re excited to introduce the newest members of Reaktor’s global leadership team: Hanna Lehtonen, Mari Heusala, and Jouni Hartikainen.
Starting in September, Lehtonen will take the helm as our Chief Strategy Officer, Heusala as our Chief People Officer, and Hartikainen has already stepped into his new role as Chief Operating Officer earlier this summer.

Meet the team
Mari Heusala joins us as Chief People Officer, bringing over 20 years of HR leadership experience from top technology firms like Qt Group, Nokia, and F-Secure.
– For me, it’s always about the people. Our people are everything. My mission is to ensure that as Reaktor scales globally, we do so by nurturing our talent and enabling their growth, says Heusala.
Hanna Lehtonen steps into the newly created role of Chief Strategy Officer. With nearly two decades at Boston Consulting Group, she’s been at the forefront of strategic transformation across the Nordic region.
– Reaktor has been a trailblazer in Finland’s tech scene. Now, the challenge is to amplify our impact globally, while preserving the unique DNA that makes Reaktor stand out, says Lehtonen.
The introduction of a CSO at Reaktor marks a significant shift. Previously, operations and strategy were the combined responsibility of the COO. The new model enables deeper focus on each area.
Jouni Hartikainen, our new Chief Operating Officer, is a Reaktor veteran with 18 years under his belt. He’s held roles ranging from developer to delivery lead and has been a key player on Reaktor Finland’s leadership team.
