Horo joins the company from Microsoft, where he has recently been General Manager, Worldwide GTM and Partners, Sustainability. He is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in international positions at Microsoft, Nokia, and McKinsey & Company. During his successful career at Microsoft, he has also served as the Country General Manager of Microsoft Finland.

The current CEO, Sampo Pasanen, will continue at Reaktor first as an interim Chief Commercial Officer and support Pekka during his onboarding period.
