Reaktor Health served as technology advisor to Terveystalo in its decision to invest in the Swedish AI-powered health platform provider MedHelp.
Terveystalo sought a trusted partner to conduct a technology due diligence audit of MedHelp’s SaaS solution and to explore how the two organizations could best harness their existing capabilities to scale MedHelp’s platform and support expansion into the Finnish occupational health market.
In addition to a standard technology audit, Reaktor assessed the investment requirements, organizational structures, and risks related to building a combined product organization, one capable of driving sustainable growth and enabling market expansion across borders.
