In June 2023, Reaktor Lisbon received wonderful recognition: thanks to our team, the location was certified as a Great Place to Work ™.
Great Place to Work gives a voice to the employees of a company. The certification is 100% based on a Trust Index ™ employee survey, which consists of about 60 statements on various themes from leadership to community and trust.
To qualify for the certificate, a company must score at least 70% on the Trust Index. We’re overjoyed to have passed with flying colors, scoring over 90% on almost all of the focus areas.
“This is happy news,” says Joni Kanerva, who's been part of building Reaktor Lisbon from the start.
“The certificate is a great achievement, no doubt. But what's truly rewarding is the solid data showing our efforts to create a happy community have indeed paid off. It's not just a future promise or goal, but a reality for our amazing people."
Inaugurated in December 2021, Reaktor Lisbon has grown into a community of 20+ engineers from various walks of life.
“When we truly have a community in which people know each other, trust each other and feel a sense of belonging, we can share expertise, do the best work of our lives, and build better solutions for our clients, too,” Kanerva says.
Reaktor’s communities in Finland have received the same certification multiple times in the past, and in 2022, we were proud to receive the same acknowledgment for our Amsterdam community.
