Players are at the heart of Supercell. The teams always think about what the right long term call would be for the community. Therefore, the goal of Supercell ID was simple: ease the lives of the players and strengthen the connection with them both in and outside the mobile games.
Supercell’s player data had previously been scattered across separate platforms, and their customer support had their hands full with requests to recover lost games. To support the company’s 1.6 billion dollar business and increase game retention, we built a service that easily safeguards the games and lets players hop between hit games like the Clash of Clans and Brawl Stars.

Working
together with both game developers and supporting teams, Reaktor created an SDK
that is easy to use, provides a seamless native user experience, and enables
quick iteration on features. We customized the app to work on a variety of
mobile devices from new to old, iOS to Android, phones to tablets, and vertical
to horizontal layouts. Localizing the global service also required immaculate
right-to-left development.
