Specifically, Posti’s TechHub combines Posti’s heritage of reliability with trailblazing capabilities, developing digital solutions that power e-commerce, logistics, and communication services. Behind the scenes, billions of logistics data points are processed each year, over a million people use OmaPosti every month, and more than 200,000 kilometers of delivery routes are optimized daily. All of this requires well-oiled cross-functional teams, and Posti has trusted several partners in making their digital dreams a reality.

Digital pioneers in postal services

In the early 2000s, when digital services in logistics were still rare, Posti and Reaktor teamed up to launch forward-looking solutions: from online address changes to digital redirection services. Together, we developed some of Posti’s first online tools, making core services more accessible and proving that even legacy systems could evolve. These weren’t just efficiency plays; they set the tone for what user-focused digital government and logistics could look like.

Making parcel tracking user-friendly

Parcel tracking was the next frontier of our collaboration at the beginning of the 2010s. We overhauled Posti’s website and streamlined service discovery. What had been clunky and slow became human-centric and intuitive. Reaktor’s design and engineering teams helped Posti redefine what customers could expect from delivery services.

Design thinking enters the back office

Midway through the previous decade, we brought design thinking into Posti’s internal systems, applying user-centered principles to logistics, route planning, and operations. Our teams introduced agile practices that helped Posti move faster and work smarter, aligning business priorities with real-world needs.

OmaPosti reimagined

In recent years, we led a full redesign of OmaPosti, Posti’s flagship app. This wasn’t only a fresh coat of paint, but a user-first reinvention. We brought together parcel tracking and digital mail in one elegant, streamlined mobile experience that millions now rely on. Today, OmaPosti has over a million monthly users.

Redefining website strategy and content

With Posti’s brand evolving, the digital expression needed to keep pace. Our content strategists partnered with Posti on a full overhaul, shaping a new website ecosystem built around clarity, utility, and brand voice. We ensured that the language, tone, and structure of digital services are just as well-crafted as the code behind them.
